Lapland Private Partners
One Team. Three Countries.
Partner Newsletter - Spring 2026

We are already planning the 2026/2027 winter season and looking forward to building programs
with you. If you would like to discuss a proposal for your clients, we are always happy to connect.

One Team. Three Countries.
Many of your clients see Lapland as a single destination. In practice, it spans three countries,
each with its own logistics, providers, and service standards. Coordinating that well requires
regional expertise that very few DMCs can offer from one accountable team.
From our bases in Rovaniemi and Helsinki, we design and deliver programs across Finnish Lapland,
Northern Norway, and Northern Sweden. With Lapland Private, your clients get one well-structured
itinerary across the entire route. You work with one contact, one contract, and consistent
service standards from start to finish.
|
|
Browse our Get Inspired pages to see what multi-destination programs look like in practice.
Sample itineraries, selected accommodations, curated activities, all structured to help
your clients picture the trip.

|
Our selling tip
For clients hesitating between Lapland and a more familiar winter destination, the strongest
argument is contrast. Lapland is not a ski trip with extras. It is a different climate, a
different landscape, and a different rhythm of day. Position it as the alternative to the
standard European winter holiday, not a variation on one.

Christmas 2026: Requests Are Already Coming In
We are already receiving direct enquiries from clients planning Christmas and New Year in Lapland.
Families, couples, and private groups, all looking for something that combines the winter atmosphere
with genuine comfort and well-organised activities.
The best private accommodations for weeks 52 and 53 are typically confirmed by late summer.
Quality private guides and vehicles follow shortly after. If you have clients considering the
festive period, the conversation should start now. We can put together a tailored proposal and
hold options while your clients decide.
|
|
Christmas and New Year programs. Private stays, family itineraries, romantic escapes.
All destinations. All budgets in the premium range.

Our selling tip
Some clients know they want Lapland but need a reason to commit now. Use this: accommodation
is the constraint. Activities can be arranged at short notice. The right private chalet or
boutique property for weeks 52 and 53 cannot. By the time a client decides in October, the
choice is no longer between great options. It is between what is left.

Products We Are Highlighting This Issue
A curated selection of activities and accommodations worth having on your radar this season.
Activity - Rovaniemi
Ice Rally
A purpose-built rally car. A frozen track. A marked circuit and clients behind the wheel. By the third lap, most have stopped thinking about the car and started reading the ice. A strong option for confident, active clients looking for something technically different. An Ice Rally experience is unique to the region and is a must for anyone with even a little passion for motor sports.

Accommodation - Rovaniemi
Invisible Forest Lodge
Fourteen cabins set in arctic woodland, ten minutes from Rovaniemi. Floor-to-ceiling windows, private terrace, sauna, and hot tub in each cabin. The main building has a beautiful spa, and a new private villa is now available for groups wanting something more intimate. One of the more distinctive properties in the Rovaniemi area, and one that tends to close itself once clients see the pictures.

From the Field
High-end and luxury travel in Lapland is on the rise. More clients know the destination exists, and they are choosing it deliberately. The Arctic Circle is no longer a curiosity. It is a serious option for travellers who want something genuinely different from their usual winter trip.
|
This is good news for all of us. It also brings a problem.
The region is going through a wave of investment. New resorts, new hotels, new suppliers, all positioning themselves as luxury. Everyone uses the word. Everyone has the panoramic windows and the polished website. Most of the content now reads the same because most of it is written by the same tools.
The question that matters is who can actually deliver. Who checks the service on the ground. Who knows which provider performs in week 52 and which one only looks good in a brochure. Who has the relationships to fix a problem at 9pm on a Saturday.
Luxury in Lapland is not the view from the window. It is meeting the client where they are. It is keeping the service standard consistent across three or four providers in a single trip. It is designing an itinerary that surprises the client on day four, not just on day one. It is giving the client the calm of knowing the trip is in capable hands, and the freedom to shape it as they go.
That is the work. We are here to help you deliver it.
When your client expects a seamless program and you need fast, reliable delivery behind it, our travel design team is ready to look at it with you.
